Women for years have been the backbone of their families. Our houses are out of order. The Senate, Congressional and at time the White House is out of order.

We have raised our men to play on the playgrounds of America. Now the political playground has become out of order. We've given men great equipment to play with. food, housing, clothing, as well as keep whatever money we had going out to educate them, robbing from Peter to pay Paul. Providing clothing, the beer money and sometimes baling them out of whatever they managed to get themselves into.

We stayed at home, we worked and supported their passion to seem in charge of many things. There is very little that our men won't consult us about.

Well.....the party is over. We tried, and tried, and tried to understand the pissing fight that goes on continuously. It is old and we are now sick of it. YOU ARE NOT PLAYING RIGHT!

Our children are failing academically and they are in trouble socially. We are no longer competitive on a global basis in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Our agriculture is in trouble and help doesn't seem on the way quick enough.

Our communities are in disarray. The states throw anything at us and hope that it sticks.  There are no definitive answers about State budgets in the red. Some of the leaders in our country spend all of their time trashing each other, spending money that they could spend to be a better steward to those in need.

Too many of the next generation have NO idea where they came from, except from a vagina. They have no purpose except to destroy what's around them. Even their peers are unhappy with the lack of responsibility exhibited on their part.

Jobs are hard to come by because, some men thought it better to take the jobs offshore. Really! when things got out of control, some told their wives and they were silent, others said nothing and now there wives are gone or miserable.

We now find out that there is SLIME in the chopped meet that some of us are eating. Toxins in the nail polish that we feel we need to glamorize ourselves with. What else is there? I am sure a lot more.  Their mothers, wives, sisters, aunts, daughters and granddaughters wore the nail polish. Did anyone find the need to share? Of course not. It was all about the money, not our safety. We need to SpeakOut!

Technology drives what we do and how we do it.  However, we still have a brain. Think of five possible outcomes and where it will take you. Give yourself options on what happens in our country.

Women, please use your brain. Don't sit back and let our country keep going to hell in a hand basket! Soon we won't have a ticket to get back from the hell.

(Yes we are the best country in the world) We have to use our backbones again to gain CONTROL of our house again. That doesn't mean you should lay on your back either.

If some men won't play right, let's take our votes and go elsewhere.

Don't allow them to put a woman in the limelight with the wrong equipment. Stop speaking before you think. Don't get caught out there like that. Men have had MANY years experience in learning how to cover their errors. Now it's not all men creating havoc, however, it is enough to make the difference.

Please don't think that the hearings, meetings - from PTO or PTA meetings to the White House meetings/hearings are made as you sit there, listen and watch them vote on issues. Those meetings are ONLY protocol.  The bi-laws say they have to have the meeting/hearing. The decisions at these meeting/hearings have ALREADY been made. Those decisions were made on the golf course, in the bathrooms, stairwells, at a lunch meeting, and sometimes in their cars going to and from with the kids. That is why it is imperative to become active in your communities. From the school boards to the State Capitols. Be a registered voter.

I am not telling your not to go to meetings, I am telling/encouraging you to actively participate in them. Get on the board, support a woman who wants to get on the board. Now ladies, that doesn't mean you should get there and be inept about the issues either.

Place yourselves in a decision making position. Learn and grow from there. Be in the stairwell, on the golf course, playground, party at school, whatever it takes.

Instead of nail, hair, toes, and facial, go to that Black Tie event or fundraiser and network. Get to know who the players are so you can play with them. When they don 't play right, send them home. Take their toys and play on!

If you want change you have to change what you are doing.

April 28, 2012 take a few voter registration cards and help a young woman turning 18, register to vote.

Call to task that woman who will gladly tell you she hasn't voted in twenty years.  Challenge the woman who says that she is not voting in November 2012 Election.

We as women have called out each other for the stupidest things. We need to start calling out those who don't participate and make it harder for the rest of us.

We need to SpeakOut and let those men who think that the playing field has not changed to think again. We have decided to go with the new turf, resurfacing for a better playing environment. We will be able to drain all the excess BS easier.

Has anyone defined for you what the Democratic Party's mission is? Has anyone defined for you what the Republican Party's mission is? Which politician wants to go first. Not your turn Media!

I ask you these questions as I know that there are politicians who jump ship all the time from party to party. It's done for many reasons. I am sure you can find one of those politicians in your state. and ask them why they have done it.

Also know that as soon as you have served your purpose, you are expendable. You are as good as your last good deed. Don't ever forget that. Never promise anything...always say, I'll see!
